CARL JUNG
Mousseux Rosé
Rosé wines are light-coloured wines made from red grapes, which are produced like white wine. The berries must not be left on the mash (grape skin) for at least a few hours.

Depending on the intensity of contact with the berry skins, the rosé wine is differently coloured; the colour spectrum ranges from salmon to cherry red. The fine carbon dioxide makes the rosé a frothy drink.
CARL JUNG
Mousseux Rosé
During the warm time of the year, especially many festivals are celebrated and sparkling rosé cannot be missed. The Carl Jung Mousseux Rosé brings all the advantages of a typical rosé sparkling wine. Harmonious acidity, subtle tannins, fruity with a hint of raspberries and strawberries. At the same time, it is light and long, finely sparkling.
Perfectly served at 6-8° C for example at summer parties, weddings or simply, because you feel like it. So let’s put it in the champagne cooler. Since it is de-alcoholized and has up to 1/3 fewer calories than a normal sparkling wine, it also isn’t a problem for our beach bodies or if we still feel like having a round afterwards.
